Professional Liability Insurance Services, LLC was founded in 2002. The company provides loss prevention consulting and Risk Management for nursing homes and insurance companies. We also offer nurse expert services to attorneys.

The 30 years plus of experience in nursing home operations and clinical services enables us to offer a variety of Risk Management options to nursing homes from large chain operators to the individual facility owner.

MITIGATION SOLUTION was added to our name in 2004 to emphasize our commitment to mitigating potentially costly situations for its clients.

Ms. Alford knew that if nursing homes were provided with loss prevention tools all residents would be safer and therefore the risk of suits filed against nursing homes would be significantly reduced.
